Who we are

This website (anhtu.dev, the “Site”) is operated by Phung Anh Tu (“I”, “me”). For any privacy-related question you can reach me at tu.phunganh@gmail.com.

What information is collected

The Site collects the minimum data needed to operate and to understand how it is used:

Session data. A first-party session cookie is used to remember your language preference and other non-tracking UI state. It expires after 7 days of inactivity.
Analytics data. If you consent to analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 collects aggregated usage data such as pages viewed, device type, approximate location (country/region), and referrer. IP addresses are truncated by Google before storage. This data is not used to identify you personally.
Server logs. Standard web-server logs (IP address, user agent, request path, timestamp) are generated for security and debugging. Logs are retained for a short period and then deleted or rotated.
Content you submit. The Site does not host a comment system or contact form. If you email me, your email address and message content will be stored in my mailbox.

Why it is collected (legal basis)

Consent — for optional analytics cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time via the “Manage cookie preferences” link in the footer.
Legitimate interest — for essential session cookies and security logs needed to operate the Site.

Who the data is shared with

I do not sell personal data. The Site relies on the following third parties, each of which has its own privacy practices:

Google LLC — Google Analytics 4 (only when you consent). Google Privacy Policy.
Google Fonts & jsDelivr CDN — serve static assets (fonts, CSS, JS). Your browser’s IP address is visible to these CDNs when loading assets.
Hosting provider — may see standard connection metadata needed to deliver the page.

How long data is kept

Session cookie: up to 7 days of inactivity.
Google Analytics data: retained by Google according to the account retention setting (default 14 months).
Server logs: typically less than 30 days.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR in the EU, CCPA in California), you may have the right to:

Access the personal data held about you.
Request correction or deletion.
Withdraw consent for analytics at any time.
Object to or restrict processing.
Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

Children

The Site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from them.
